Which campus should my student attend — Covington or Monroe?

Both campuses offer the same GAC-accredited program for grades 6–12 with identical tuition, so most families simply choose the shorter drive. The Covington campus on Salem Road is closest to Newton, Rockdale, and Henry County families (including Conyers, McDonough, and Stockbridge), while the Monroe campus on S Broad Street is closest to Walton, Barrow, and Gwinnett County families (including Loganville, Social Circle, and Winder). What are the school hours at each campus?

The Covington campus operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Monroe campus operates Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Both campuses follow the same academic calendar with rolling year-round enrollment.

Do both campuses offer the same programs and grades?

Yes. Both the Covington and Monroe campuses serve grades 6–12 with one-on-one instruction, the accredited homeschool program, credit recovery, and summer school. Students at both campuses earn the same GAC-accredited, college-preparatory diploma.

How far do families typically drive to attend Alpha Omega?

Many of our families commute 20–40 minutes from communities like McDonough, Conyers, Loganville, Stockbridge, Lawrenceville, and Madison. Because our flexible schedule runs Monday through Thursday, families tell us the drive is well worth the one-on-one attention their student receives.

Can I use the Georgia Promise Scholarship at either campus?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Georgia Promise Scholarship ($6,500 per year) can be used at either campus, and families zoned to eligible districts — including many in Henry County and the McDonough area — often find the award covers the full cost of tuition at Alpha Omega.

Is there parking and where do I go for a campus tour?

Accepted Answer

Both campuses have free on-site parking. When you schedule a tour, you'll receive directions and check-in details by email — just walk in through the main entrance and our admissions team will greet you.
